As the purchaser of a product you are covered by our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. All merchandise is produced to standard and commercial tolerances. Each DuraKwik Moldings vendor warranties their products to be free from defects in workmanship and material.

When DuraKwik Moldings has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced per our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. At DuraKwik Moldings discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. DuraKwik Moldings liability is limited to product replacement cost. It does not include freight or handling expense, installation cost or any other costs or expenses incurred in connection with the purchase or use of our products. Additionally, the manufacturer’s warranty does not include damage or other problems resulting from improper installation, misuse or normal wear and tear. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Liability

The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. DuraKwik Moldings’ only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. DuraKwik Moldings shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.

Submit Warranty Claim

1. Register your warranty claim at info@durakwik.com as soon as you purchase the product
2. Submit claim form via email within 30 days after the defect was discovered.
3. Submit photographs of the damaged items to info@durakwik.com
4. Download Warranty Claim form
5. Email completed form and request info to: info@durakwik.com

DuraKwik Moldings might request defect sample for claim validation purposes. Sample shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. If sample was to be returned, there is a one-time $30.00 processing fee in addition to the shipping cost. This will be the customers responsibility.

Claimers

1. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any design or color of DuraKwik Moldings products at any time without notice or liability.
2. DuraKwik Moldings makes no express warranties except as herein stated and shall not be liable for an incidental, special, or consequential damage of any kind resulting from breach of any warranties set forth herein or with respect to the products covered by this warranty. The extent of its liability and the owner’s exclusive remedy being limited to repair, replacement or refund as set forth herein. No representative of DuraKwik Moldings or any distributor, dealer, or contractor is authorized to make any modifications or changes to this warranty.
3. Any dispute related to this Warranty will be governed, resolved in accordance with the internal laws, as opposed to choice of law rules, of the State of Minnesota with the jurisdiction venue in Hennepin County District Court of Minnesota.
