25 Year Limited Warranty
DuraKwik Stone panels and accessories are made with high quality, water resistant, high density polyurethane
foam and coated with UV resistant coatings. They are built to withstand normal weathering. They will not rot,
peel, corrode, crack or fade excessively.
Coverage
DuraKwik Stone warrants the original purchaser of the DuraKwik Stone roducts at the time of purchase and 25 years thereafter. Warranty is nontransferable to other subsequent property owner. DuraKwik Stone warrant s the product from our products are free of manufacturing defects such as material and workmanship. Manufacturing defects include: peel, rot or corrode.
Upon receipt of the warranty claim request in form of claim form, DuraKwik Stone will validate and accept claim. Upon claim validation, DuraKwik Stone will at its discretion execute the claim with one of the following options:
- Provide needed accessories to repair the related defect product portion.
- Replace the defect product portion
- Refund the purchase price of the defect product portion per the Coverage Proration Schedule below.
